Minister Cabello on “Apascacio Mata” Medical Center: We have tried all the services and they work perfectly

The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted the endowment of the “Apascacio Mata” Comprehensive Health Care Center for Police Forces, delivered by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Monday, November 03.

During his speech in the Con Maduro+ program, the Minister for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace also specified that the center has 17 floors where all services are offered, including the Miracle Mission for retired police personnel.

He stressed that this building, which operated during the Fourth Republic as the headquarters of Banco Obrero, was the subject of rehabilitation work on all its spaces to ensure their suitability to become a medical care center.

“I remember that we proposed this to you a very short time ago, about 9 months ago, and we were looking for a space (...). We came here with General (Jorge) Márquez and decided to undertake the restoration of all these facilities, and then came the equipment that, accompanied by the efforts of the vice-president, colleague Delcy Rodríguez and with her efforts, today we have all these 17 floors where we have everything from tomography, we have x-rays, mammography, very important President for female civil servants, but we also have the theme of Miracle Mission for former retired officials,” he explained.

He stressed that as measures prior to this delivery, “we have tried all the services and they work perfectly”, while thanking the Ministry for Health for its support in achieving this objective of providing police forces with a medical center with all the services.
