Minister Cabello to Civil Protection officials: You are the superheroes of this country

The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Tuesday the important work of Civil Protection officials for the safety and security of the People.

From the state of La Guaira, during the ceremony commemorating the organization's 23rd anniversary, Cabello stressed that the fighting spirit of the men and women who make up this institution in revolution “is evident every time an event occurs somewhere in Venezuela, immediately you are there.”

“You are an example for Venezuelans (...) when we were children we all dreamed of being firefighters, because you saw firefighters and that was our real superhero, that's our real superhero. Civil Protection, you are the superheroes of this Homeland,” he said.

In this regard, he reiterated his pride and commitment to delivering recovered vehicles and equipment to Civil Protection and Firefighters on a monthly basis, “because with little we have to do a lot and we are going to do it.”
