Around midnight this Thursday, January 8, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted the importance of the unity of the entire People, the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) and the police forces to overcome the consequences of the criminal attack by the United States against Venezuelan territory, which led to the kidnapping of the Constitutional President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, and his wife, the first Combatant , deputy Cilia Flores.

From O'Leary Square, located in the center of Caracas, he reported on the deployment maintained by security forces to prevent acts of violence from sectors interested in destabilizing the country's peace.

“Today we were in the act of recognizing the martyrs and heroes with pain and sadness, honoring young people who died leaving families affected and from there we have risen up because we are united, we remain united,” he said.

He stressed that to guarantee peace, “there are units of command, unit of command and unit of work”, among the country's security forces.

“To the different components, thank you very much to the last soldier, the last police officer because what we have been doing is dedication, it is sacrifice and it is a task that has allowed Venezuelans today to close their eyes and rest in peace,” he said.
