The Minister for Communes, Social Movements and Urban Agriculture, Ángel Prado, took a tour of the Caracas - La Guaira Community Corridor, where he noted the high level of production that takes place in this territorial axis.
Prado explained that the financing of multiple agricultural sectors will be promoted with the objective of increasing productive capacity and strengthening direct commercial exchange.
He stressed that there is production of avocado, coffee, lemon, sugar cane and cocoa. “We are going to accompany, finance and leverage the Caracas La Guaira Caribbean Peoples Community Corridor following the guidance of President Nicolás Maduro,” he said.
“This is a communal corridor that is entering a very important phase of family production. Right now we are in a dairy production unit where the cows that arrived from the Apure state were located, a cattle ranch founded by President Nicolás Maduro in this corridor and that people are extremely happy with,” he said.
Prado, asserted that the Bolivarian Government is successful in the communal plan for coffee and in the plan for rice. “In the next year, starting in 2026, we are going to launch a plan with new areas where community and family production will be massively expanded,” he added.
