Minister Godfather: With the Great Black Mission First we are creating sovereign conditions of inventiveness and improvement

The Sectorial Vice President of Defense and Sovereignty, GJ Vladimir Padrino López, confirmed that science and technology are used in the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) to make the country sovereign and in full development for the future.

“All we are doing in the context of the Great Black Mission First, is to create the sovereign conditions of inventiveness, improvements with our own ingenuity,” said Minister Padrino López.

The sectoral vice-president accompanies President Nicolás Maduro Moros on a new day of OBRATÓN focused on educational matters, an activity that is being carried out in connection with the relaunch of the Great Black Mission First and its 12th anniversary.

This mission, key to the 3rd Transformation of the Homeland Plan, is aimed at the operational and social strengthening of the FANB and its National Education System.

The initiative operates under four (4) vertices, including:

Social Welfare (housing, health).

Equipment and Maintenance.

Infrastructure (improvement of facilities).

Military Education (development and equipment of training institutions, such as the Military University and its academies).
