The General Command of the Bolivarian Army, which began the evaluation process for promotions to the ranks of colonel and brigadier general, reported a post on the official Instagram account of TV FANB.

He reported that the Appreciation Board was led by the Minister of Popular Power for Defense, G/J Gustavo González López, and marks the beginning of the qualification phase for officers of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).
