Minister Jiménez: A total of 56,000 scientists are in 65% of the Community Circuits

This Thursday, March 06, the Sectorial Vice President of Science, Technology, Education and Health, Gabriela Jiménez, reported that currently 56,000 scientists are in 65% of the Community Circuits working with the promoters of the Great Science Mission.

He explained that with this measure, “science is territorialized, so that scientific, engineering and production projects can also be developed from the community, taking into account that science is also part of social rights.”

In the El Sofa segment of her program “With Maduro Live De Repente”, hosted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, the minister pointed out that it is a matter of planting the knowledge and beauty of the thinking of the Venezuelan people, “in creation and in inventiveness”.

“We recognize the popular technologists, the more than 500 Infocenters, that you have recovered, in the Youth Educational Robotics Program, and also the engineering and design of new homes.”

Jiménez also highlighted the harmonization of knowledge and ancient experience with modern technology, to build well-being aimed at communities.
