The Route
of Hope strengthens cultural and
recreational activities aimed at families in the temporary camps
set up after the earthquakes of June 24, with the participation of artists,
cultivators and youth fronts.
This
was highlighted by the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Alejandro López,
during a visit to the camp installed at the Liceo Pedro Emilio Coll, in the
Coche parish of Caracas, where painting and drawing workshops,
circus, joropotherapy, karaoke and puppet shows were held.
López
highlighted that these spaces also contribute to the encounter and coexistence of communities.
“
Cultural deployment is part of the comprehensive care for the 171 families that remain
temporarily in the compound and includes the participation of Cultural Mission, parish cultural
offices and volunteers.
In addition to these activities, there is the vacation agenda of the Integral Recreation Network, which develops days aimed at boys and girls in temporary camps and communities in the country.
