Minister Lotartaro: Today, young people are taking to the streets to support President Maduro and Cilia Flores!

This Thursday, January 08, the Minister
of Popular Power for Youth, Sergio Lotortaro,
emphasized that today young people from all over the country are taking to the streets to raise their
voices in support of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro and the
first female fighter, Cilia Flores, who were kidnapped by North American imperialism.
“Today, young
people take to the streets and tell the world that we want President
Maduro and the first lady, Cilia Flores back (...) the youth are
determined to go out every day they have to go out until they see our
President returned,” he said during the Great Youth March for
the Freedom of President Maduro and Cilia Flores in Caracas.
He also recognized the policies promoted by the head of state to
empower young people in Venezuela.
“There is no president in the world who has such
a successful policy as those of President Maduro for youth
with the creation of the Great Venezuela Youth Mission,” he said.
In this regard, he explained
that this Great Mission, with its seven vertices, responds to the needs of young
Venezuelans. At the same time, he also highlighted how the
Popular Youth Consultation, launched by the national president,
this sector managed to realize its dream map for its communities.
He reaffirmed that President Maduro has demonstrated his daily concern for the well-being of young people. “That's why today Venezuelan youth tell President Nicolás Maduro and his wife that they are not alone and that we support all the decisions of our Political High Command and our President in Charge Delcy Rodríguez,” he said.
