This Sunday, January 11, the Sectorial Vice President of Communication and Culture, Freddy Ñáñez, explained that, after the criminal bombing against the country, the Bolivarian Government stands firm in asserting the constitutional thread of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
This was emphasized during his speech to the intercontinental board of the World Poetic Movement (WPM), via videoconference, in which he reiterated that the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro and the First Lady Cilia Flores are kidnapped in the United States.
Ñáñez argued that the Venezuelan people, President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores “will never surrender to fascism.”
In addition, he stressed that the challenge currently being faced is not only Venezuelan but Latin American, Caribbean and human. “Defending the truth and restoring respect for the self-determination of Peoples is everyone's task,” he said.
He also stated that many of the poets who make up the World Poetic Movement have visited Venezuela and have found that it is a peaceful, hospitable, cultured and sensitive people, that is committed to the just cause of humanity and does not represent a threat to any country in the region.
