Minister Rodríguez signs resolution to transform and strengthen education system

Rodríguez stressed that students must be able to overcome difficulties in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects, as well as having all their teachers and the schedule for full educational days.

This Tuesday, the Minister of Popular Power for Education, Héctor Rodríguez, signed a resolution to transform and strengthen the country's education system.

“I'm at Mariano Picón Salas, in Petare [Miranda state]. I came to oversee this institution that we have recovered and I am taking the opportunity to sign this resolution, as you know, the main task we have is to guarantee inclusive quality education for everyone,” Rodríguez said through the Telegram channel.

This resolution comes into force in all national territory, this initiative will have as its first task to guarantee quality education, according to a press release from Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

“It is determined in this resolution that all those teachers who have administrative tasks, at least, have the obligation to teach three academic hours of classes a week,” Rodríguez said.

He stressed that it must be achieved that students can overcome difficulties in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects, as well as having all their teachers and the schedule for full educational days.

“Likewise, this resolution determines that all retired teachers who so wish can return to classrooms, without losing their right to retire,” he stressed.
