The Petroleum Minister and president of PDVSA Pedro Rafael Tellechea paid a visit to the Patio Tanks Office (PTO), in the Orinoco Hugo Chávez Oil Belt (FPOHC), located in the south of the Anzoátegui state.
The meeting with the highest authorities made it possible to evaluate production profiles and ensure efficient and safe operations. There you can find 80% of the crude oil from the Hugo Chávez Orinoco Oil Belt, and 60% of the total Venezuelan crude oil, PDVSA reported in a message posted on its account on the social network X.
The owner of the oil portfolio, accompanied by his Board of Directors and the team of the Executive Directorate of Production FPOHC, toured the operational areas of the San Tomé District, in the Ayacucho Division, including the Cariña Norte Multiphase Station, Macolla Sarrapia, the Melones Operational Center and Dobokubi Logistics Base, where, in addition to inspecting these core areas, he confirmed their operation, growth plans and recovery of the infrastructure..
The Minister also held a conversation with the working class, whom he called the “protagonists of the recovery of PDVSA”, highlighting the work and commitment of the men and women who live in this nucleus so important for operations at the national level, where the largest oil reserves on the planet lie.
