Minister Villegas announced winners of the 2023 Nativity Festival

Through the social network X, the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, congratulated and announced the winners of the 2023 Nativity Festival in their different categories.
In this regard, he indicated that according to the verdict of the jury that was composed of: Aracelis García, Janeth Funes and Karina Rivas, in the Recycling Category, Carlos Marrón was the winner for the aesthetic originality and good creative use of the material used.
He also indicated that in the Community Category the Alfredo Almeida Museum in the state of Lara won; while in the Student Category the recognition was given to the José María Baralt University in the state of Trujillo.
In the Institutional Categories and Public Spaces, the winners were the Ministry of Popular Power for Ecosocialism (MINEC) and the Bolivarian Mayor's Office of the Tovar Municipality in the state of Mérida.
Likewise, in the Living Nativity Category, the award went to Alba Blanco de Valera, Trujillo state; in the Children's Category, the Comuna Los Vencadores Carorita won the award, and in the Elderly Category, the recognition went to Ana Campanelli from Falcón state.
On the other hand, Villegas pointed out that special mentions were also made for the outstanding participation of the Creative Collective Petra Angelina Griselda López, the Mamá Rica Nativity Scene, the National Library and Ernesto Ramón Millán, as an example in the practice of this cultural manifestation.
