Through his Telegram channel, the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, invited people to watch the film “Nicolás”, which will be screened all week free of charge in the spaces of the House of Freedom and Culture “Ali Primera”, starting at 6:30 in the afternoon.

This Monday, November 17, this activity began, which takes place on the eve of the birthday of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, which is celebrated this Sunday.

The president of the National Cinematheque, Vladimir Sosa Sarabia, said that this feature film recounts how President Nicolás Maduro assumes political responsibility as he ideologically matures.

“I think it's an important work, a necessary work that allows us to revisit a part of our history. From the history of the last 50 years of this country. He also celebrated the fact that a young perspective has assumed the responsibility of narrating this period of our history to us, and that it can be disseminated on all possible screens,” he said.

Nicolás” combines a simple and important historical line with the biographical narrative of the man made political. In addition, the emotional relationship with friends, co-workers and with what is now his wife, Cilia Flores, stands out. It also shows the encounter with one of the leaders and politicians whose strength filled an entire country with love and history, Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías.
