Ministry for Education rehabilitates schools in Guayana Esequiba

The Minister of Popular Power for Education, Héctor Rodríguez, reported the deployment of an intensive plan for the recovery of educational infrastructure in the territory of Guiana Esequiba.

This comprehensive equipment includes new furniture, specifically tables and chairs, to ensure students' comfort. In addition, the campuses received specialized equipment for the School Feeding Program (PAE), strengthening nutritional logistics in the region.

The head of the ministerial portfolio stressed - in a press release - that attention to the school community also included the direct delivery of uniforms, footwear and backpacks with school supplies. These supplies seek to ensure that children and young people have the necessary tools for their pedagogical development under optimal conditions.

The central objective of these actions is to consolidate a quality education system that responds to the current needs of the population in this strategic area.

Finally, the National Executive reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the right to education by investing in physical spaces and pedagogical resources. The monitoring of these rehabilitation works will be maintained on a constant basis to meet the goals established in the current school schedule.
