Ministry of Communes launched National Training Plan for People's Power

This Thursday, February 19, from the headquarters of the Ministry of People's Power for the Communes, spokeswomen and spokespersons from all over the country participated in a training day aimed at strengthening community organization and leadership in the 5,336 communes of the national territory.
Through its Telegram channel, the Communas portfolio highlighted that the activity is aimed at providing practical tools to optimize management in neighborhoods, communities and rural areas, with an emphasis on the role of grass-roots leadership as an engine of social transformation.
During the day, topics such as the role of the community leader, the application of knowledge to improve the functioning of the commune and the strengthening of communication for the resolution of conflicts between neighbors were addressed.
Facilitators Ali Rojas, Omar Ovalles and Charilin Romero led the meeting, which seeks to consolidate the political and organizational formation of Popular Power throughout the country.
