Ministry of Health and FANB held a day of care for the population of Cumanacoa

Personnel from the Ministry of Health, together with the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) brought to the town of Cumanacoa, Sucre state, a day of comprehensive care for this population affected by the overflow of the Manzanares River.
According to a press release from the Health portfolio, 11,739 people were treated during the activity, who received evaluations by ophthalmology professionals, in addition to the delivery of corrective lenses.
In addition, two mobile operating rooms of the FANB were installed to perform surgical interventions on patients with intestinal hernias, umbilical hernias, lipomas, and other pathologies.
In addition, during the health day, more than 6,691 doses of vaccines were applied, 4,178 dismissals, and the delivery of 50,328 single-doses of drugs.
