Ministry of Health and PAHO set up technical table to coordinate field hospitals in La Guaira

The Minister of Popular Power for Health, Carlos Alvarado, set up a technical working table together with representatives of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) in the state of La Guaira, with the objective of coordinating and optimizing the operational capacity of field hospitals deployed in the entity.

This institutional structure seeks to guarantee direct access to comprehensive, timely and specialized medical care for the inhabitants of the various communities that were affected after the earthquake that occurred last June 24.

Official information published by the Ministry of People's Power for Health through its channel on the Telegram platform detailed that these technical contingency tables make it possible to evaluate the availability of essential medical supplies, organize the distribution of health brigades and consolidate temporary medical infrastructure in areas of greatest vulnerability.
