Ministry of Transport begins work to rehabilitate the road between La Pomalaca and La Fuente in Cumanacoa

The Ministry of People's Power for Transportation began repairing the road in Cumanacoa, Sucre state, specifically at the height of the La Recta de la Pomalaca sector, with the installation of 250 tons of asphalt.

The road repair work is being carried out in conjunction with officials from the Sucre government and includes the rehabilitation of 500 meters of this important road artery that connects Cumanacoa with San Antonio de Capayacuar, Monagas state, according to a local press release.

The road restoration involves the installation of approximately 650 tons of asphalt from the stretch of La Recta de La Pomalaca to the La Fuente bridge, a structure that was affected by the overflow of the Manzanares River in 2025.
