Ministry of Transportation announces closure of the Caracas - La Guiara highway express channel this Thursday

The Ministry of People's Power for Transportation reported that this Thursday, August 6, a partial closure will take place on the Caracas-La Guaira Highway due to work to replace expansion joints in Viaduct No. 1.

According to information released through social networks, the restriction will affect the fast channel in the direction of La Guaira and will continue from 7:00 at night until 5:00 in the morning the following day.

The authorities urged drivers who travel through this important road artery to take the necessary precautions and plan their trips to avoid setbacks during the execution of the works.

The tasks are part of the road infrastructure maintenance actions aimed at ensuring safe conditions for vehicle traffic between Caracas and the state of La Guaira
