MINTUR and UPTAEB articulate programs to enhance the quality of the tourist service

Representatives of the Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism (MINTUR) and the Territorial Polytechnic University of Venezuela (UPTAEB) held a meeting to strengthen specialized training that improves the quality of the country's tourist service.

The meeting focused on the joint planning of the program "Training and Transformative Strategies for Tourism Training “, designed to raise the level of professionalism and guide the development of human talent in the sector towards the requirements of sustainability and quality in service.

These actions are part of the strategies implemented by MINTUR to create platforms for dialogue and debate that reinforce the technical training processes of the different actors who live in this sector.

They also support the firmness of the Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez, in her efforts to promote a transformative vision that promotes excellence, quality and sustainability as central axes of all national tourism activity.
