Miranda: 800 people were treated with a social day in Cua

The community of the central area of Cúa, in the Urdaneta municipality of Miranda state, was treated with a comprehensive care day that benefited more than 800 people.
Families received nutritional evaluation, medical consultations, recruitment of older adults and people with disabilities, as well as medication deliveries.
Fish was also sold through the Sociedad Anónima de Pescadores Mirandinos (SAPEM), which distributed more than 300 kilos of 15 species from the sea.
In addition, 300 kilos of vegetables, fruits and vegetables harvested in the municipality were distributed.
Legal advice, recreational events, spaces for entrepreneurs, face painting were part of the activities carried out during the day.
“We come here to bring peace and that will always be our emblem (...) Everyone who goes out to work is heroes and heroines,” said Lenín Sosa, vice-governor of the Valles del Tuy axis, who led the day with Mayor Jonatan Herrera.
The local president reported that in the coming weeks the Comprehensive Diagnostic Centers (CDI) of Las Brisas and Nueva Cúa, the Rehabilitation Room and the Liceo Cúa will be delivered renovated.
