With a successful display of color, tradition and citizenship, the Cristóbal Rojas municipality formally closed the Charallave Cultural, International and Peace Carnival 2026 this Tuesday.

The carnival festival consolidated the jurisdiction as the cultural epicenter of the Valles del Tuy, culminating in a massive parade of floats and troupes that crossed the city's main road arteries.

In addition, it included the participation of various cultural groups and organized communities, who exhibited fantasies and ingenious allegories that gave prominence to local and national identity.

The mayor, Yuhismar Hernández, emphasized that these festivities were scheduled for the enjoyment of the family, managing to mobilize about 50,000 people in an environment of absolute security and harmony.

“I want to thank each of the people who filled our streets with their smiles during these Carnivals, every family, every municipal worker, every artist and every security force that made it possible,” said the local president during the closing of the holiday.

The conference also highlighted the participation of other municipalities, with a management of your brotherhood: a costume parade and the commitment to the preservation of Mirandine cultural expressions.

José Ramírez, a resident of Charallave, said: “Everything has been very wonderful and entertaining, especially for the children who have enjoyed the different activities and I thank the mayor's office of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality for the organization.”

Under the guidelines of the Government of the Bolivarian State of Miranda and the Public Security agencies, the deployment guaranteed that this vacation ended with a positive balance, reaffirming Charallave as a tourist and cultural destination of reference in the state.
