The Secretary of Tourism and president of the Mirandina Tourism Corporation (CORPOMITUR), Alexandra Blanco, reported that in Miranda state, a deployment of the beautification and sanitation plan began in the entity's main tourist axes, following the instructions of the president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, and Governor Elio Serrano.

In a CORPOMITUR publication, Blanco explained that these tasks are the result of an effort articulated as a single government, designed to welcome seasonal workers with joy and optimal spaces during the next Bolivarian Tourism Carnival and the Miranda Viva Venezuela festival 2026.

In the Pedro Gual municipality, Blanco highlighted the commitment of Mayor Elbert Vivas and the courageous People's Power, who have worked hand in hand with the Public Services Directorate and the community's godmother to develop Machurucuto Beach.

“With love for our land, we are preparing this paradise to shine with all its strength, demonstrating that in unity and work we can transform our destinies,” said the secretary, valuing the integration of communal councils in the work of ornamentation.

He also mentioned the success of the environmental days in the municipality of Páez, specifically in Playa Caño Copey, and in the municipality of Acevedo, with the sanitation of the Capaya Tourist Resort.

These actions have received technical support from the Secretariats of Ecology and Human Cities, as well as the impetus of mayors Adrián Rodríguez and José Miguel Oliveros, strengthening local tourism development.

He also reaffirmed that these comprehensive interventions seek to consolidate a sustainable and clean tourism model in the entity, positioning it as a reference destination, ready to offer unforgettable experiences on its coasts and rivers, boosting the productive economy and social welfare.
