The Government of Miranda State, in collaboration with the Mayor's Office of the Simón Bolívar municipality, has started patching work on the streets of the San Francisco de Yare parish, using 60 tons of hot asphalt.
These tasks are aimed at improving roads in preparation for Carnival 2026. The comprehensive plan to improve the main road arteries began with the intervention of Los Guayabitos street, which will be used by floats and troupes during the festivities.
In addition, work will be carried out on the section that connects La Arboleda with the Lagartijo entrance, part of the Tourist Route.
The works are carried out by the Miranda State Services and Maintenance Corporation (Corposervices), together with the Municipal Engineering staff and the Department of Transportation and Roads of the Mayor's Office of Simón Bolívar, in a coordinated effort.
With these actions, the Bolivarian Government reaffirms its commitment to urban maintenance and the promotion of local tourism, ensuring that roads are in optimal condition for residents and visitors to enjoy during carnival celebrations.
