Miranda: More than 1,200 families from Charallave were treated during the Mobile Court day

The Bolivarian Government of the state of Miranda, through the mayor's office of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality, held a day of Mobile Court and Social Welfare at the facilities of the Carmen Ruíz Educational Unit.

In this regard, it became known that this action served more than 1,200 families from the communities of La Juventud, La Nueva Esperanza, Genaro Martínez and Alí Primera.

“This effort, articulated under the premise of unity between the three levels of Government and the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), had as its main objective to democratize access to justice and provide effective social protection in the heart of communities,” the Miranda Government reported.

Among the procedures, the processing of divorces, supplementary titles and universal declarations of heirs stood out.

The conference received technical and legal support from various institutions, such as: Public Defense and Ombudsman's Office, General Inspectorate of Courts, National Coordination of Community Peace Justice, Labor Judicial Circuit and Criminal Judicial Circuit of the state of Miranda, LOPNNA, House of Justice and Peace and Office of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality.
