Miranda state fought in the National Weightlifting Championship, held in Barquisimeto, Lara state, where it reached second and third place in the U-15 and U-17 categories.
The Mirandina representation demonstrated their talent and commitment at the José Isidro Mendoza Gymnasium, after winning a total of 25 medals: five gold, 17 silver and three bronze.

In the men's U-17, he repeated the feat with 564 points, beating Apure (477) and Caracas (465).
