Misión Nevado held the first day of sterilization in Trujillo

In the state of Trujillo, around 200 pets were treated during the free sterilization day organized by the Nevado Mission and the Missions and Great Missions System, which was carried out in the laboratory of the Simón Rodríguez de Valera National Experimental University.
From there, the national director of territorial coordination of the Nevado Mission, Josmer Becerra, explained that the activity is part of the National Plan for canine and feline sterilization, carried out by the Bolivarian government and began in 2025 in the state of Trujillo.
Cited by a press release, he added that, for two days, Wednesday and Thursday, 200 animals were cared for through an organization and protection process that was supported by the regional executive and the mission system.
“All this is within the framework of conducting a veterinary medical policy that allows us to give him love and attend to health control in the different territories of the country,” he said.
