Misión Viva Venezuela formed teams in more than 2,000 communes in 2025

The Great Mission Viva Venezuela, My Beloved Homeland culminated in the
year 2025 with a remarkable balance, which included the formation of
promotion teams in 2,672 Communes, comprised of 16,473 citizens.
Cultural Formation for Popular Power
These actions facilitated the participation of one million
256 thousand 500 young people in the School Art Routes, developed in five
thousand 26 schools through the pedagogical project Viva Venezuela, My Dear School.
Subsequently, 18,970 artistic presentations were held in
624 Community Art Routes, to promote the dissemination of popular cultures.
At the same time, 11,254
training workshops were held in artistic disciplines such as dance, music and theater, to
achieve the incorporation of 58,512
cultivators in training processes that contribute to the sociocultural strengthening of communities.
Repowering theater, film, music and dance
The International Progressive Theater Festival brought together
100,000 spectators in 26 theaters in 12 states, with 85 performances and a
training agenda that included 209 artists and speakers from 22 countries. For its
part, the Venezuelan Theater Festival 2025 displayed 135 presentations,
workshops and days of discussion in 68 scenic spaces in the 24 states and
in the capital, for the benefit of 13,350 creators.
Dance expression maintained a leading position with 53 events dedicated to
the production and presentation of Venezuelan dance.
In the field of music and heritage registration, 37 face-to-face and digital activities aimed at memory and cultural
systematization
were carried out, including emblematic concerts such as
Winter Dreams by the Venezuelan National Philharmonic Orchestra and the tribute to the 40th anniversary of the planting of Ali Primera.
Training and research activities in
performing and musical arts were strengthened, such as the Management and Production Diploma of the
Institute of Performing and Musical Arts, the First
Joropos Community Meeting of Venezuela and the Second Meeting of Knowledge, Sounds and Flavors: Afro-Venezuelanism, Living Ancestral Heritage, among other spaces.
In addition, the Great Mission Viva Venezuela, Mi Patria Querida,
facilitated the execution of concerts, festivals, cultural routes,
heritage meetings, artisanal developments, stage productions, audiovisual historical
memory, mural interventions and the provision of clothing for the arts, to reaffirm the commitment to
the cultural economy and the recognition of creative diversity.
On the other hand, the exhibition of 22 Venezuelan
cinematographic works was promoted in 17 states, and 60 funding was approved for new productions.

photographic training workshops were also held, for the benefit of five thousand 705 people. To this, there are seven
thousand 131.7 hours of broadcasting of the Venezuela Culture Channel and the holding of the
II Memory and Heritage Film Festival, which brought together more than three thousand
674 attendees.
International screening of the Venezuelan book
In the field of promotion and cultural economy, the Rómulo Gallegos International Novel Prize and the Liberator Prize for Critical
Thinking were awarded
; in addition, a total of 91.5 cultural assets were distributed nationwide.
In parallel, the
Venezuelan International Book Fair (FILVEN) benefited more than 124,000 people in person and
two million 310 thousand 116 through virtual modality.
From the promotion of cultural identity and diversity, 485 workshops
were promoted to promote diversity and intangible cultural
heritage, together with traditional cooking practices, knowledge exchanges and heritage dialogues.
The execution of the Management Plan for Coro and its
Puerto La Vela stands out.
Finally, mention was made of the development of four thousand 112
activities aimed at inclusive learning and asset valuation,
apart from the execution of the Educational Toys project, which ended with
the production of more than 45 thousand handmade recreational items.
