More 3.6 million people mobilized during Holy Week

The authorities recorded the mobilization of three million 680 thousand 639 people on 14 thousand 120 transport platforms during the Safe Holy Week 2026 operation.

“350,318 people were mobilized by air, water and land and 2,093 means of transport on Saturday, April 4, 2026. To date, a total of 3,680,639 people have been mobilized on 14,120 transport platforms,” reported the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), citing reports from the Ministry of Transport.

In the terrestrial sector, 58,311 passengers and 490 units were registered in Public Transport Operators (OPT), while in the Railway, Metro and Cable systems, 255,848 passengers, 46 trains and 25 cabins were counted.

In addition, in the airline sector, 7,456 domestic passengers and 4,218 international passengers were reported. Another 1,371 domestic vessels with 24,424 passengers were counted on the water, as well as 4 international boats and 61 passengers from abroad.

On the other hand, a daily average of 4,105 officials and 213 security personnel deployed was detailed.
