More than 1,000 low- and medium-complexity surgeries have been performed on low-income patients in the state of Cojedes, Health Minister Magaly Gutierrez said.
Through a message released on his Telegram channel, he indicated that the operations, requested through the 1x10 Good Government, have been carried out at the Eugenio Mariano González Hospital in the Tinaco municipality and the Augusto Malavé Villalba Integral Popular Clinic.
Cholecystectomies, Sterilizations, Hysterectomies and Hernioplasties, among other medical conditions, were some of the emergencies treated.
“Despite the sanctions imposed and requested by sectors of the stateless right, we will continue to respond to all Venezuelans,” Gutiérrez said.
