More than 13,000 security officials will guard the Divine Shepherdess procession

More than 13,000 officials from the State security forces will be deployed in Lara for the 167th procession of the Divine Shepherdess that will take place this Tuesday, January 14.
This was announced by the governor of this entity, Adolfo Pereira, who pointed out that a first advance was activated for the events prior to the pilgrimage, which will take place from the town of Santa Rosa to the Cathedral of Barquisimeto, over a distance of 7.5 kilometers, with the image of the Virgin on the shoulders of his people.
Pereira, as reported by the Venezuelan News Agency (AVN), specified that together with the number of officials indicated, 388 security vehicles and 58 ambulances will be activated to serve the parishioners who will attend the procession, which this year is estimated at three million people.
