More than 135 oriental groups perform at the IV Viva Venezuela World Festival

Traditional music, songs and dances from the east of the country are the main protagonists of the 4th Chapter of the Viva Venezuela World Festival, in which more than 135 national and one international groups participate, in addition to having an extensive program where the creative powers of the People are made visible.
The states of Anzoátegui, Sucre, Monagas and Nueva Esparta are home to the fourth edition, which will be held from September 19 to 22. The central axis also includes the participation of 33 community groups, 17 parades and 45 training workshops.
The 4th meeting of the Viva Venezuela Festival addresses four states, 21 spaces, 60 municipalities and 145 parishes in the country. In the community axis, 162 groups, 129 artistic units are presented and 135 workshops will be held.
This Thursday at the opening of the festival, in Sucre, the groups Oriente Chelé Romero Con Perucho Cova, Cerezal Tierra Mágica, Las Taparitas De Cariaco, Jardín Del Eden, Hijos De Mayanto and Abilio Castillo, “Without Borders” were presented together with “Joropo Y Mas Na”, group “Joroperos De Bolívar Y Mejía”, Juancito Silva and Los Joroperos Del Turimiquire, Grupo Hijos De Cariaco con Ceniza and Luis Lorenzo Rojas and his Group.
In Anzoátegui, in the Freites municipality, the public enjoyed the Alfredo Sadel amphitheater with the groups Danzas Kamanarí, Danza San José, Agrupación de Joropo Fundación Tierra Soñada, Parranda Show, Cachicamo and Morrocoy Group, Fusión Llanera, Fabiana Coa, Ensamble Cuerdo de Angostura, Laurel Sabanero, AFRO-KRIBE Group and Oro Negro.
In Nueva Esparta, the opening of the event took place to the sound of the groups El Galerón Del Mar, Encanto, Cuerdas Espartanas, Grupo Ardentía, Experimento Ensamble, José Agreda Yy Su Ensemble, Tambor Y Costa, K-Ta-Q, Makoa and 5.Son.
Meanwhile, in Monagas, in the Plaza Piar de Maturín, José Betancourt and La Danza Del Casabe, Baile De La Sardina De Emilio Cedeño, Danza Del Fuego Warao Ojiru Atana, Renacer Criollo, Lineages De Oriente, Lineages Dorados, Danzas La Guacharaca, Checho y Sus Compadres, Carpio y Su Agración y Su Agración y Sus Abración y Tambores Afro-Venezolana Raíces Ancestrales Fara were presented.
