More than 1,500 grandparents from San Felipe were treated at social days

A total of 1,514 older adults from San Felipe, Yaracuy State, were treated in three simultaneous days of comprehensive care.

According to information published in the newspaper Úlmas Noticias, these days, held in the La Ascensión, Ciudadela Hugo Chávez and Crucito sectors, offered free medical and social services and assistance.

The mayor of the jurisdiction, Rogger Daza, said that the day covered multiple areas, with services that included general and specialized medical consultations, immunization, free delivery of medicines, barbershop, hairdressing, manicure, eyebrow design, distribution of food packages and sports and leisure activities.

“We do this type of day regularly in communities, not only for our older adults, but also for our young people, children and the general population, with the purpose of bringing them the attention they deserve,” he stressed.
