More than 168 thousand reports answered through the VenApp Line in Barinas

So far in 2025, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) has managed and resolved 168,320 reports through the VenApp Line of the 1X10 Good Governance system, in the state of Barinas.

These actions, according to a press release from CORPOELEC, have a direct impact on the 12 municipalities and 54 parishes of the state of Barinas, contributing substantially to the improvement of the quality of life of its inhabitants and promoting the socio-economic development of the region.

This figure reflects the commitment of the working class to the population and its willingness to provide direct care to users in areas such as public lighting, breakdowns, commercial management, vegetation control, electrification projects and installation of transformers.

Martha Guedez, a resident of the Corazón de Jesús parish, stressed that the maintenance and improvement of the electrical infrastructure, reported through the VenApp Line, has allowed for more direct, timely and personalized attention.

“We are grateful to President Nicolás Maduro and the CORPOELEC staff; they respond to our requirements and in our homes we see the results of these assistance with a reliable energy supply,” said Guedez.
