More than 17,000 assemblies! Caracas militancy reaffirmed its support for President Maduro as a candidate

Through the social network X, the political liaison of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, highlighted that the militancy of the red awning held more than 17,000 meetings to confirm their support for President Nicolás Maduro as a candidate of the Bolivarian Revolution.

“We have a candidate, and he's our President @NicolasMaduro! We ratified this after more than 17,000 assemblies, in which more than 175,000 people participated,” Meléndez highlighted on the social network, after holding the weekly meeting of the PSUV Caracas this Tuesday.

He also stressed that the assemblies were a decisive day, in which the bases expressed themselves and demonstrated the participatory democracy and protagonist of the Revolution. At the same time, he extended his congratulations to the heads of the street, community and Bolívar-Chávez Battle Units (UBCH), the municipal and parish political teams for this great deployment that took place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
