Through the social network Instagram, the mayor of the city, Carmen Meléndez, highlighted the delivery of decent housing and property titles to 216 families that previously resided in temporary shelters, as part of the fulfillment of the Zero Refuge Plan guided by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.
He highlighted that this delivery represents a profound transformation in the lives of hundreds of people from Caracas and Caracas. “It will be a different Christmas for these families, thanks to the secondary market acquisition methodology,” he said.
He also urged the blessing “of these new homes, and especially to boys and girls, who will also now enjoy their new toys, with love and joy”.
This program prioritizes the dignity of the Venezuelan people and has allowed these families to move from the uncertainty of refuge to the stability of their own home, with legal security and adequate conditions for integral development.
