During the year 2025, CANTV provided an effective response to 26,890 reports related to fixed telephone and internet services in the states of Táchira, Mérida and Trujillo, through the VenApp of the 1x10 System of Good Governance, a mechanism that allows the needs of the population to be directly channeled to State institutions.
Attention to these requirements was achieved through the deployment of company personnel, who carried out corrective and preventive maintenance days to optimize interconnection networks in various locations in the Andean region.
These tasks were accompanied by the Popular Power, organized through the Technical Telecommunications Boards (MTT), which made it easier to prioritize the areas to be intervened and guaranteed greater efficiency in each approach, both in urban and rural areas.
Regarding the impact by entity, according to a CANTV press release, technical crews were able to restore services to more than 9,840 subscribers in the state of Táchira. In the same way, nearly 9,690 users benefited in Trujillo and more than 7,350 in Mérida, consolidating the progressive recovery of the technological platform in the region.
