More than 30 adults and older adults
received dental care during a day of Mission Smile held
at the facilities of the Apure
State Foundation for the Care of the Elderly (FUNDACIAN).
According to the publication of the State
channel, Venezolana de Televisión (VTV) on its website, grandparents benefited from various treatments during the
day, including dental
visits, impressions for dental prostheses, extractions and cleaning.
“The day was held with the purpose of improving the oral health of the
participants, a fundamental aspect for the general well-being of
older adults. That is why the dental professionals present at the
conference offered their time and knowledge to ensure that each patient
received the necessary care,” VTV reported.
