More than 300 people from Maiquetía benefited from a health day

More than 300 people from the El Cambural sector of Maiquetía , in the state of La Guaira, benefited from a health day under the Una Estrella de Mar program.
The day was part of the Great Mission for Equality and Social Justice, Hugo Chávez and included the participation of a multidisciplinary team of health professionals, who offered care in various specialties.
Among the services offered, consultations in gastroenterology, pediatrics, internal medicine and general medicine stood out, as well as vaccination services, laboratory tests, dental care, screening for high blood pressure, diabetes, and nutrition counseling.
In addition, essential medicines were delivered free of charge to those who needed them, contributing to the treatment and monitoring of their health conditions, reported the web portal of the newspaper Última Noticias (UN).
