The sectoral vice-president of Planning, Ricardo Menéndez, together with the Minister of Popular Power for Ecosocialism, Ricardo Molina, led the Mass Formation Plan on new management methods for the benefit of the people, for the transformation of the new communal State.

A meeting that was attended by 35,000 people throughout the national territory and “we are reaching the figure of 4 million 857 thousand inhabitants as a cumulative participation over the different days,” said Ricardo Menéndez, also minister of the People's Power of Planning.

“Today we see a profound participation of communities in all spaces of government for the transformation of society,” he said. He also stressed that at this moment a new phase is being installed, a new vision from the point of view of the Venezuelan Government in each of our communes, in each of the communal circuits, government spaces are being installed, he said.

For his part, the Minister for Ecosocialism , refers to the importance of building risk maps, the permanent, dynamic measurement of the behavior of climates in each of the territories” and verifying how each of the communal economic activities affect nature.

This program seeks to strengthen the collective and permanent self-formation capacities of the Venezuelan people, to promote the integral and sustainable endogenous development of the Venezuelan State.
