More than 44,000 users benefited from CANTV's Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan

CANTV developed actions at the national level to guarantee telecommunications services to more than 44,000 users during the month of November, within the framework of the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan and the 1X10 Good Governance system.

The tasks carried out by the company's workers provided care for residential users, businesses, companies and public and private institutions.

In this regard, in the Capital region, telephone and Internet services were restored to nearly 13,000 subscribers, through technical approaches carried out in communities of Caracas, Miranda and the state of La Guaira.

In the Central region, CANTV served approximately 6,000 subscribers, while in Guyana, nearly 4,700 breakdowns were resolved.

In Los Andes, more than 4,600 users regained their connection to telecommunications services, and in Los Llanos 6,600. In the Western region, 4,400 cases were treated and in the East another 4,800.

The tasks included preventive and corrective maintenance on networks and transmission equipment, replacement of cables, strips, sleeves and connectors, as well as the reconstruction of joints and exhaustive verification of telephone lines.
