The president of the Red Art Foundation, Aracelys García, reported that the nation's artisanal doll makers have created 45,000 copies, which were given to the Simoncito Early Childhood Education Centers, in order to promote the identity of toys as a playful tool.

Through the social network Instagram, García reported that he plans to increase the production of handmade toys to strengthen the Venezuelan affirmative and contribute to the replacement of imports in this area.

“In a balance sheet meeting with the association of toy makers and artisanal toy makers of Venezuela, we looked at everything done in the year 2025 and we projected with hope what is to come in the country and, above all, what is to come in terms of the production of handmade toys,” he said.

He also showed handmade toys, such as a small Venezuelan four, which is an important contribution to the narrative of the toy as a teaching instrument.

“This Venezuelan four is part of the educational toy kit that goes to the Simoncito and that allows boys and girls to see what the homeland, the country's cam-bur-pin-ton, sounds like, with these toy boxes that this year made 45,000 toys that will form part of these playful narratives in the classroom,” García explained.
