The Press Office of the Government of Gaza reported that 483 Palestinians have died and 1,287 have been injured in the Strip since the beginning of the truce, on October 10, 2025.
According to the balance sheet, 252 of those killed were minors, women and the elderly, while 752 of the injured belonged to those same groups, representing 58% of the total.
The agency highlighted that 465 of the fatalities, or 96%, were reached far from the so-called Yellow Line, the border that Israel uses as an internal division of the territory, Telesur reported.
The institution also recorded more than 1,300 violations of the cessation of hostilities over a 100-day period. Among them, it counted 430 direct attacks against civilians, 66 military vehicles entering populated areas and 604 offensive actions, including bombings.
In the statement, the authorities stated that “the occupation continued to commit violations of the agreement, which constitutes a violation of international humanitarian law and a deliberate weakening of the essence of the ceasefire.”
The report added that, during that period, only 25,816 trucks with supplies entered, representing 43% of the 60,000 planned in the agreement, which reduced access to food, medicine, water and fuel, aggravating the crisis in the enclave.
