More than 500 young people from Apurea ventured into the world of science and research

In the Pedro Camejo municipality of Apure state, the Territorialization Plan of the National Scientific Seed Program was deployed to promote scientific vocation in more than 500 young people from the municipalities of San Miguel de Cunaviche and Patria Nueva.
This initiative, according to a press release from the Ministry of Science and Technology (MINCYT), seeks to actively involve young people in the world of research and knowledge.
The activity was carried out by the Foundation for the Development of Science and Technology (Fundacite), with the key support of the Development Center for Educational Quality (CDCE).
This educational deployment, which took place simultaneously at the Pedro Camejo Educational Complex, benefited 317 students, while 206 were at the Liceo Bolivarian Cosme López Hurtado.
During the day, multidisciplinary teams guided the participants through the exploration of nine areas of scientific knowledge, with the aim of awakening their interest in science, technology and research.
