More than 700 people from Barinas were treated with a full medical day

More than 760 inhabitants of the Los Libertadores sector, of the Libertad Asistencial parish in the Los Mijaos community of Barinas state, benefited from a healthcare day developed by personnel from the National Public Health System.

According to a press release from the Health portfolio, during the deployment, older adults, men, women, adolescents, boys and girls received care in general practice, pediatrics, deworming and immunization, in addition to essential medications.

The health team also carried out home visits, directly addressing 10 families and touring a significant number of homes, with the objective of ensuring access to medical services in hard-to-reach areas.
