More than 800 community projects will be consulted on March 8 in Zulia

A total of 868 projects will be put to election in the state of Zulia in the National Popular Consultation on March 8.

The director for the Promotion and Development of Community Power of the state government explained that 221 voting centers have been set up in the Maracaibo municipality and the democratic exercise will take place in the 18 parishes of the state's capital.

He explained that 124 communes and communal circuits in Maracucho will be activated. All residents over 15 years of age in the communal territory will be able to participate, he said in a local press release.

868 projects have been proposed in Maracaibo, all strictly aligned with the first two strategic lines of the homeland plan, which are economic transformation and transformation into human cities.
