So far in 2026, CANTV restored fixed telephone and Internet services to more than 8,100 residential, commercial and institutional subscribers in the state of Anzoátegui.

The technical tasks were carried out using the 1x10 Good Governance system and the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan, allowing direct attention to the reports made by users, in conjunction with the Technical Telecommunications Boards (MTT).

According to a press release from the company, the deployment of specialized personnel included preventive and corrective maintenance days to optimize interconnection networks and improve the stability of services in communities in the 21 municipalities of the entity.

María Martínez, a resident of the Chorrerón parish, in the Guanta municipality, highlighted the impact of these actions on families in the area. “Recovering Internet service is vital for our families' studies and daily communication,” he said.
