More than a thousand recreational players of the Plan Ríe Carnival 2026 have been activated in Carabobo

As part of the start of the program of Carnival 2026, the “Plan Ríe Carnival 2026 Viva Venezuela” was launched at the facilities of the Draculandia park, with the participation of more than a thousand recreational people, in the context of the Great Mission Viva Venezuela My Beloved Homeland, an activity organized by the National Executive, in coordination with the Government of the state of Carabobo, through the Tourism Corporation.
The single tourism authority in Carabobo, Alba Adrianza, said that these volunteers will be responsible for serving tourists with sports, recreational and cultural activities in the entity's 173 Community Circuits, in order to promote community tourism.
He also invited the population to visit the different tourist attractions that the region has during the Carnestolenda season and to enjoy the different events prepared for the enjoyment of tourists, in compliance with the guidelines issued by President Nicolás Maduro, and executed jointly by the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, the Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Daniella Cabello, and the governor of the state of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava.
For her part, the mayor of the municipality of Valencia, Dina Castillo, specified that the 48 Community Circuits of the municipality participate in all the programming prepared to provide joy and peace in these festivities, where this park will host various events.
On the other hand, the head of the Recreational Movement in the state of Carabobo, Andrea Morillo, emphasized the great work and responsibility of all the volunteers who will liven up the different events that will take place in the region.
“We have a huge deployment of recreational players who will be throughout the state in the 173 Community Circuits, with several high-impact points where all tourists will be served so that they can enjoy healthy leisure during these carnivals,” he said.
