A total of 221 Tourism Service Providers (PST) initiated the Morrocoy Training Plan (I Momento), with the objective of strengthening heritage identity, hospitality and quality of service in the country's emblematic destinations.
This is a day of the Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism, an initiative that responds to the training policies that the holder of the portfolio, Daniella Cabello, promotes for people
involved in the sector.
This first day addresses
a flexible and dynamic educational model, led by facilitators from the National
Institute of Tourism, the University of Tourism and INPARQUES.
The deployment was distributed in two environments: 103 participants in
terms of heritage and service, while 118 attendees
delved into issues of environmental daycare, the
National Park system and the importance of ecosystem goods, details a press release from the ministry.
Through recreational activities to raise human awareness, the PST became
intertwined, as fundamental parts of local development. In the same
way, the meeting promoted a high-level debate on the Environment-Economy-Social
triad. In this regard, the attendees
diagnosed critical issues and proposed good practices for the
sustainability of the territory.
The day, which ends
next Thursday, May 7, aims to involve groups, to
identify key players in the sector, with whom they ratified their
commitment to the preservation of the environment.
